 |
Dear Thalia,
I'm writing today to personally thank you for your help in accomplishing all that we have in 2009. I also want to share with you the challenges we will face in the coming year.
In just four months, Sudan will hold its first elections in 24 years—and the stakes couldn't be higher for the people of Darfur and all of Sudan. In the coming weeks, our coalition of 190 groups representing millions of people will work together to demand that free and fair conditions exist in Sudan leading up to the elections, and that if these conditions do not exist, the international community does not legitimize a genocidal regime.
I've recorded this short video to let you know about the upcoming challenges in Sudan and our plans for the next year.
In addition to our work on the Sudanese elections, next year we will work to:
- Petition, rally, and lobby for the U.S. government and United Nations to provide increased support for humanitarian aid and peacekeeping forces in Darfur;
- Hold Special Envoy for Sudan Scott Gration and the Obama administration accountable for creating benchmarks to measure progress towards lasting peace in Sudan;
- Pressure world leaders to uphold their commitment to the International Criminal Court by arresting Sudanese President Bashir if he enters their country;
- Support Sudanese civil society leaders in making their voices heard in negotiations toward lasting peace; and,
- Amplify the voice of the Sudanese people in the face of the government crackdowns that have already begun.
Even as we strengthen our resolve to face 2010, we recognize the major achievements of the past year.
Just think about what we've accomplished together in the last 12 months alone:
- In the first few months of 2009, over 370,000 activists asked President Obama to make Darfur a priority from Day One of his administration.
- On March 4th—after our community worked tirelessly to make the plight of the Darfuri people an international priority—the International Criminal Court indicted Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir for war crimes and crimes against humanity. When some world leaders wanted to suspend that process, we lobbied the United Nations and international community not to forestall peace by derailing justice.
- When Bashir callously kicked 16 aid groups out of the country—cutting off humanitarian aid for 1.1 million refugees—you generated pressure on the Obama administration to get humanitarian aid restored on an emergency basis—although more must be done.
- Save Darfur generated tens of thousands of signatures urging the Obama administration to name an envoy that would be accountable on Sudan policy, and President Obama answered that call by naming General Scott Gration as his Special Envoy to Sudan.
- When the Obama administration delayed its plan for peace in Sudan, over 113,000 Save Darfur supporters urged President Obama to release a policy framework that included our Blueprint for Peace: an approach built around incentives and pressures. In October, the administration released a plan for peace built around just that strategy.
- In April we commemorated Genocide Prevention Month with over 450 events across the country where activists and genocide survivors joined together to honor the past and encourage urgent action for Darfur.
- When world leaders seemed to be ignoring Darfur, we launched our "Don't Forget Darfur" campaign—complete with street demonstrations, print and TV ads, and billboards—to raise awareness among world leaders at meetings of the United Nations General Assembly and the G20.
- Activists and our staff lobbied Congress to provide hundreds of millions of dollars for humanitarian aid and international peacekeeping efforts for the millions of civilians living in displacement camps in Darfur and across Sudan.
Save Darfur activists helped achieve all of this and more. None of it would have happened without all of our voices. And though we still have many challenges ahead of us, your accomplishments still add up to one powerful fact: People are alive today because of what we have accomplished together.
As the elections near, Sudan's people will need your help more than ever. Please know that you are making an impact—and that your continued support is vital.
Thank you so much for everything you've done. We will keep you informed every step of the way through these historic elections, and continue to bring you more ways to make an impact.
Some day I will write to tell you, with great joy and relief, that at long last the 2.7 million men, women and children in Darfur who have been living in squalid camps for the past five years have returned home to live in security and peace.
In the meantime, I want to thank you again for your continuing support.
My best,
Jerry Fowler President, Save Darfur Coalition

Dear Dalia,
You wrote: The Church itself did not dare to adopt any of such theories but at the same time it did not admit the truthfulness of the Muslims' theory that the Noble Quran is, without doubt, the last heavenly revelation.
Thalia:> You fail to understand the position of the church. The church is under the leadership of Jesus Christ, as a joint-heir, He is the brethern to the believer. The gift to a church is an Apostle, a Prophet and a Evangelist, some get it and some don't, sad to say but true. Therefore, no one in the church cares about Islam because there is always a new Prophet for the church. Even Jesus said that God stopped giving prophets to the Nation because the Jews were the one killing the prophets between the alter. I think that you should learn about Christians and Jews before you assume that we accept the veracity of the Quran. I have no idea who they are talking to and I from what I read it seems like a peaceful book, but the threats of wrath are very graphic and disturbing. The author is not a descendant of Jacob, so I personally would not accept anything from the Quran, but it's a nice book, there are books out here that are horrible and don't promote peace and harmony.
The church is what is on the inside of you, if you attend church then you should be fellowshipping with the saints to experience the Gospel: ressurrection of the dead; healing; preaching; and teaching. There are many people who are very ignorant, and have not received the gift of evangelism, prophecy which consist of interpretation and edification. So you must remember that the distinction between Islam and Judah, which lives through Christianity is the covenant of land (expansion); descendants; blessings and redemption. Repentence and worshipping the Son of God, because our High Priest is permanent and sits on high, on the right hand side of God is a fundamental theology of Christianity and Judiasm for those who served in Judah under the High Priest, the descendants of Aaron. However Israel is another story and another Kingdom, and once the Priest of the Lord were expelled and killed by Doeg the Edomite at the command of Saul - mostly the descendants of Moses sons and well seasoned Levites from every tribe, then the only one to escape were the true flesh and blood line of Kohath ( 1 Samuel 22 through 2nd Samuel 22, and Deuteronomy 32).

An individual of Jewish descent does believe in Jesus Christ because not only was he their flesh and blood that walked the earth, but they believed that the unconditional covenant that God made through Abraham is irrevocable and fulfilled. Now I meet a lot of Jewish people who adopted or converted into their Religion, but they are in no way descended from Jerusalem, not even at the time that Christ walked the earth. I am especially proud of Jesus because he was dark complexion like me, not too light and not too dark, same hair type etc.
Jesus came to fulfill the scriptures, so that I might have life more abundantly. Jesus, He is my rock, my sword and shield in the middle of wheel. He won't never ever let you down - he is just the truth that I have found. Hallelujah, Hallejuah, I love to praise his name. His Holy name. No other saviour, Messiah can you get excited about when you praise His name, it is the Highest, and you can not be saved by anything else. What is more important is the spirit of promise, which is the annointing.
The church is the spiritual legacy that Isaac gave his son, Isaac before he became Israel, with the name change. The spiritual legacy encompasses expansion of land and descendants. For the tribe of Judah the land would be from Egypt to India. An individual like myself, having rights to an Aboriginal tribe, then it would strategically put Judah in a position to be an heir to the land God gave the Native people. Read the scriptures of how Jesus fulfilled the scriptures so that you may have abundant life:
- Matthew 26:54
But how then would the Scriptures be fulfilled that say it must happen in this way?" Matthew 26:53-55 (in Context) Matthew 26 (Whole Chapter)
- Mark 14:49
Every day I was with you, teaching in the temple courts, and you did not arrest me. But the Scriptures must be fulfilled." Mark 14:48-50 (in Context) Mark 14 (Whole Chapter)
I encourage you to subscribe to my Groups we are going from Genesis to Revelation and back again, or you can enroll in a Christian Seminary, which contains scholarly and accurate proof about the revelation of Jesus Christ. I personally do not read the Quran, so I can not validate if it is a true or false book or religion. I do know it was copied from the Bible, which was scribed by the descendants of Kohath. I am barely knowledge able in English so at this time, I can not even dream of the day of reading the Quran in Arabic. I have too much respect for the system of Islam to do a stupid thing like that and try to beat down the veracity of thr book. From what I hear, I love the prophet Muhammad. However, I love Jesus even more because he is my flesh and earthly brethern; he gives life to true believers that are christians and together some of 3 billion well we are all brethern in the annointing. You can tell that we know the reality of Jesus by the smile and look on our face, we are true to His life and our own individual ministry.
I am a Prophetess and an Evangelist, a gift to the church, and I am a blood born descendant of Levi, so Jesus is extra special to me; because I know he is chosen to bare the legacy of Judiasm in it's final hour. Many Christians and Jews I meet are not blood born into the legacy of Jacob, and neither have they been called, so they don't understand the passion that I have to spread the message that the Messiah has risen (Matthew 28).
- 1 Corinthians 12:28
And in the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then workers of miracles, also those having gifts of healing, those able to help others, those with gifts of administration, and those speaking in different kinds of tongues. 1 Corinthians 12:27-29 (in Context) 1 Corinthians 12 (Whole Chapter)
- 1 Corinthians 14:12
So it is with you. Since you are eager to have spiritual gifts, try to excel in gifts that build up the church. 1 Corinthians 14:11-13 (in Context) 1 Corinthians 14 (Whole Chapter)

In closing, here is a passage that the Apostle Paul teaches about the church, there are many messages taught about you, what is on the inside is the church. A place where you can study, worship and praise God - this is the true church, the believer in the annointing, which is non other than Jesus Christ. Therefore a Believer in Him only can promote the spiritual legacy that he or she knows is true and that is that Jesus is Lord. The difference between me and a typical Jewish is that I am a blood born Jew, I love the idea of Jesus Christ, and I am excited to hear his name, and I love to see people talk about the Lord, it makes me smile on the inside. I have to do what makes me happy. What makes me different than a Christian is that I promote my heritage - my message from the blood, sweat and tears of the Lord's Priest, this belongs to me spiritually, collectively and biologically, so that is what makes me different from a Christian and a Jew; the conquested land and the biological legacy and heritage - this belongs to me. I can say yes, I remember that I lived in Lett which is Macedonia, near Lithuanian. I can say yes, I remember a time we were in exile in Babylon, which is paying for it today with the Iraq war. In Parsha Vayeitz and Vayishlach we read about the great journey of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. You can not interfere with the task God has set aside for you. My task is not to discredit Mohammad or the Quran, but to discover myself and the preach the Gospel that the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.
So the veracity is giving to who Jesus chooses in His own will, in Ephesians 4. Jesus also tells you what you need to do be a follower in Him, on Tuesday, December 12th, 2009, read Mark 8:34-38:
34And calling the crowd to him with his disciples, he said to them, "If anyone would come after me, let him(AS) deny himself and(AT) take up his cross and follow me. 35For(AU) whoever would save his life[d] will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake(AV) and the gospel’s will save it. 36(AW) For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his soul? 37For(AX) what can a man give in return for his soul? 38For(AY) whoever is ashamed of me and of my words in this(AZ) adulterous and sinful generation, of him will the Son of Man also be ashamed(BA) when he comes in the glory of his Father with(BB) the holy angels."
1 Thessalonians 1
1Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians which is in God the Father and in the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
2We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers;
3Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father;
4Knowing, brethren beloved, your election of God.
5For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.
6And ye became followers of us, and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Ghost.
7So that ye were ensamples to all that believe in Macedonia and Achaia.
8For from you sounded out the word of the Lord not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith to God-ward is spread abroad; so that we need not to speak any thing.
9For they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God;
10And to wait for his "Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come."
10And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
The gift of Apostles, Evangelist and Prophets, is a respond to Jesus:
- Acts 21:8
Leaving the next day, we reached Caesarea and stayed at the house of Philip the evangelist, one of the Seven. Acts 21:7-9 (in Context) Acts 21 (Whole Chapter)
- Ephesians 4:11
It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, Ephesians 4:10-12 (in Context) Ephesians 4 (Whole Chapter)
- 2 Timothy 4:5
But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry. 2 Timothy 4:4-6 (in Context) 2 Timothy 4 (Whole Chapter)
Today's news:
Coordinated blasts hit Baghdad; kill at least 121. By BRIAN MURPHY, Associated Press Writer Brian Murphy, Associated Press Writer – 29 mins ago.
Ephesians 4:11 (English Standard Version):
11And(A) he gave the(B) apostles, the prophets, the(C) evangelists, the(D) shepherds[a] and teachers,[b]
-
Finally Jesus said that, "For to the one who has, more will be given, and from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away."25(AG) For to the one who has, more will be given, and from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away." Mark 4:25. Jesus will give more to his people, the one that study the word and carry the mission of Jacob, our ancestor. Many cry Jacob, but biologically they are far from being Jewish. Nevertheless, I came to Jesus on my own personal knowledge, which I can't give to you, I can only encourage to seek eternal life. So the work of evangelism is two fold, for those who truely descended from Jacob and want to embrace Judaism, the annointing then there is the Lion call for Judah. then there is the call for you to put away your idols and serve God and typically 3 billion or more fit into this category and the numbers are growing, it is the most popular book in the world, and that is non other than the King James Version. What is striking different for Christianity and Judaism is that Mohammad is not their profit, he is not their Shepherd, and when you he is not a gift to a people, a generation, a legacy, a heritage then the people can not and will not hear them, but thanks to Jesus, our High Priest, I believe everything that was said about me in the book, of the Holy Bible. I believe that I am more than a conqueror, through Jesus Christ. I am the Lord's Priest, and I am a prophecy the full testimony of the Law, thanks be to Jesus Christ.
There is so much to learn about Jesus, but you need the course of Genesis 1 through Revelations 22, and of course you need the Masters' Touch. Once you get that then you can drop it like it is hot, and the annointing will spread.
Cordially yours,
Cc: Solid-Goldis

3And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:

A PROPHET MUST CONVERT TO JUDIASM TO BE ACCEPTED BY ME, HE MUST BE BORN AGAIN, SAVED SANCTIFIED AND FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT OF GOD. From: Dalia Al-Faiumy dalia_ff@yahoo.com To: Christs_Chosen_Few@yahoogroups.com Sent: Sun, December 6, 2009 2:51:31 PM Subject: [Christs_Chosen_Few] The Man who Challenged the Quran
Gary Miller
In 1977, Professor Gary Miller, the active Canadian preacher and mathematics and logic lecturer at Toronto University, decided to provide a great service to Christianity through exposing scientific and historical errors in the Noble Quran in such a way that would be beneficial to him and his fellow preachers in calling Muslims to Christianity. However, the result was completely to the contrary. Miller's writings were fair and his study and comments were positive, even better than many Muslims would write about the Noble Quran. He considered the Noble Quran, as it should be and reached the conclusion that it cannot be a work of a human being.
The first surprising issue for Professor Miller was the challenging tone in many ayahs1 such as the ayahs that can be translated as “Will they not then contemplate the Quran? And if it had been from (anywhere) other than the Providence of Allah, indeed they would have found in it many difference (s).” (TMQ2 4:82) and “And in case you are suspicious (Literally: in suspicion) about what We have been sending down upon Our bondman, (i.e., the prophet. A bondman or slave is the highest title conferred by Allah upon his chosen men) then come up with a surah of like (manner), and invoke your witnesses, apart from Allah, in case you are sincere.” (TMQ 2:23) Although Professor Miller was challenging at the beginning he ended astonished at what he found.
The following are some of the points he mentioned in Miller’s lecture The Amazing Quran3 :
There is no such author who writes a book and then challenges others that this book is errorless. As for the Noble Quran, it is the other way round. It tells the reader that there are no errors in it and then challenges all people to find any, if any.
The Noble Quran does not mention the hard events in Prophet Muhammad's (SAWS)4 personal life, such as the death of his dear wife Lady Khadijah (RA)5 , death of his daughters and sons. Strangely enough, the ayahs that were revealed as a comment on some of the setbacks proclaimed victory while those revealed at time of victory warned against arrogance and called for more sacrifices and efforts. If one writes his own autobiography, he would magnify the victories and justify the defeats. The Noble Quran did the opposite and this is consistent and logical: it was not a history of a specific period but rather a text that sets general rules for the relationship between Allah (SWT)6 and worshippers.
Miller thought about a particular ayah that can be translated as “Say, “Surely I admonish you with one (thing) only, that you rise up to Allah by twos and singly; thereafter meditate: in no way is there any madness in your Companion. Decidedly he is nothing except a constant warner to you, before (Literally: between the hands of) a strict torment.” (TMQ 34:46) He indicated the experiments one researcher had carried out at Toronto University on “Effectiveness of Collective Discussion”. The researcher had gathered different numbers of interlocutors in discussions and compared results. He discovered that the maximum efficiency of the discussion was achieved when the interlocutors were two while the more the number the less the efficiency.
There is a surah7 in the Noble Quran called Maryam (Mary) in which Lady Maryam (AS)8 is eulogized in a way not even found in the Bible. At the same time, there is no surah in the name of Lady Aisha (RA) or Lady Fatimah (RA). The name of prophet Isa (AS) (Jesus) is mentioned 25 times in the Noble Qur’an while the name of Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) is mentioned only five times.
Some attackers say that devils used to dictate to Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) what to write in the Noble Quran. But the question is how could this be while it contains ayahs that can be translated as “And in no way have Ash-Shayatîn (The ever-Vicious (ones), i.e., the devils) been coming down with it; And in no way does it behoove them, And in no way are they able to do (that).” (TMQ 29:209-210) and “So when you read the Quran, then seek refuge in Allah from the outcast Shaytan (The all-vicious, i.e., the Devil).” (TMQ 16:98)
If you were in the situation of the Prophet (SAWS) while he and Abu-Bakr (RA) were inside the Cave of Hira’9 surrounded by the unbelievers who could have seen them if they had looked down. The human reaction would be to search for a back exit or some other way out or to shush in order not to be heard. However, the Prophet (SAWS) told Abu-Bakr (RA) “Grieve not; surely Allah is with us.” (TMQ 9:40). This is not the mentality of a deceiver; it is the mentality of a prophet who has the confidence that Allah (SWT) would surely take care of him.
Surat al-Masad (Palm Fibres)10 was revealed ten years before the death of Abu-Lahab, the Prophet's (SAWS) uncle. He had ten complete years to prove that the Noble Quran was wrong. However, he did not believe or even pretend to believe. How could the Prophet (SAWS) be that confident unless he was sure that the Noble Quran was Allah’s (SWT) revelation?
Commenting on the ayah that can be translated as “That is of the tidings of the Unseen that We reveal to you; in no way did you (yourself) know it, neither your people, even before this. So (endure) patiently; surely the (fair) end is for the pious.” (TMQ: 11:49) Miller writes that none of the Scriptures uses this kind of style; that is, giving the reader the piece of information and then tells him it is new information. It is really a unique challenge. What if the people of Makkah, even by pretence, had said they knew that before? What if one scholar discovered later that this information was already known before? However, this did not happen.
Professor Miller mentioned what Contemporary Catholic Encyclopedia includes under the entry 'Quran'. It mentions that despite the plethora of studies, theories, and attempts to attack the veracity of Quranic revelation under many pretexts none of them can be logically adopted. The Church itself did not dare to adopt any of such theories but at the same time it did not admit the truthfulness of the Muslims' theory that the Noble Quran is, without doubt, the last heavenly revelation.
In fact, Professor Miller was fair enough and was honest enough to change his position and choose the right way. Blessed be he and those who search for truth and do not allow their prejudices to prevent them from reaching it.
Final Comment In 1977, Professor Miller had a famous debate with Islamic preacher Ahmad Deedat. His logic was clear and his justifications seemed based on intent to reach the truth without pride or prejudice. Many wished at the time that this man would embrace Islam.
In 1978 Professor Miller embraced Islam and called himself Abdul-Ahad11 . He worked for some years at Oil and Minerals University in Saudi Arabia and then devoted his life to da'wa12 through TV programs and public lectures.
Just think and do not let your prejudices prevent you from the right path.

14And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.
15And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.
16And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, "Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew it not." 17And he was afraid, and said, "How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven." 18And Jacob rose up early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put for his pillows, and set it up for a pillar, and poured oil upon the top of it. 19And he called the name of that place Bethel: but the name of that city was called Luz at the first. 20And Jacob vowed a vow, saying, "If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and raiment to put on, 21So that I come again to my father's house in peace; then shall the LORD be my God: 22And this stone, which I have set for a pillar, shall be God's house: and of all that thou shalt give me I will surely give the tenth unto thee." ( Genesis 28, King James Version) Recommended Verse:Malachi 3:66For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed. 7Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the LORD of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return? 8Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. ( Malachi 3:6-8, King James Version) Memorial Parsha Vayeitz: The teachings of Jesus ChristMatthew 13:1-581The same day went Jesus out of the house, and sat by the sea side. 2And great multitudes were gathered together unto him, so that he went into a ship, and sat; and the whole multitude stood on the shore. 3And he spake many things unto them in parables, saying, "Behold, a sower went forth to sow; 4And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up: 5Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth: 6And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. 7And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them: 8But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold. 9Who hath ears to hear, let him hear." 10And the disciples came, and said unto him, "Why speakest thou unto them in parables?" 11He answered and said unto them, "Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. 12For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. 13Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. 14And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, 'By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: 15For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.' 16But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear. 17For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them. 18Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower. 19When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side. 20But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it; 21Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended. 22He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful. 23But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty." 24Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, " The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: 25But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. 26But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. 27So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, 'Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?' 28He said unto them, 'An enemy hath done this.' The servants said unto him, 'Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?' 29But he said, 'Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. 30Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn'." ( Matthew 13, King James Version) In closing, I believe that Jacob was unsure what to do with the dream that he had. I also believe that Jacob wanted more than anything to believe that he was not alone but God is the Lord of his life - even as it relates to property and prosperity for your posterity. Most of all Jacob was patient in waiting for his blessing from the Lord, one that he thought was reasonable, after all a blessing is something we don't deserve. Therefore, I will bless the name of the Lord at all times. Nevertheless, Jacob made a vow if God would be the Lord of his life. If you remember Abraham went to Salem to receive a blessing from King Melchizdek, the priest of the most High God, the LORD. So it is very reasonable, that Jacob would tithe all that he had through faith, since his faith from this point on would allow him to acquire the material wealth in the world. However you will see when we wrap up Vayislach that Jacob again tithes to the LORD God. Have a blessed day. I hope you have enjoyed the teachings of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. -- Posted By Thalia to Thalia's Journal at 12/07/2009 03:32:00 PM 12月4日 FW: (Video) Tiger Woods voicemail Slow Jam Remix - Hillarious: SHOOTIN' THE BREEZEDear Readers,

I think the couple needs some serious help and counseling, and I would not pay anyone that much money to stay with me. I hope he get a nice African American girl, who can put up with him and I hope he finds love. I do believe he has cheated on her, because there is no love in their eyes for each other, the passion the example that the couple is supposed to live and lead is not there, I don't find the couple a good example at all. I would try to reach out but I don't want to look like a deranged fan."
Tip for today, only one woman can give you the promise of God, but if you submit to God turn from the way that is the wide road and stay with that man, then you shall be immensely blessed.

Jacob travels to his homeland and finds a wife: He marries two
Dear Group,
Today's lessons' highlights that when a man looks for a woman he looks for a good thing, that's in Proverbs 31. The genealogy of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Although Jacob dishonestly acquires the blessings of the Patriarch, the promise land. The Holy Spirit, which is assigned by God confirms that it can not be altered and that God hastens to perform His word. Which means that the tribe of Judah, which is from the union of Leah and Jacob, will prevail to bring the Saviour of the world, the Chosen People, the resurrected Messiah - in the land of Judah which is Arabia near the land of Midian, which the Edomites had contention for the land.
Remember, if you chose a Holy experience then the children of the promise can fulfill the Holy Scriptures. If you choose to stay in your present day land of Canaanite and watch the corruption and the confederacy against God's children, the Israelites then Christ will judge you accordingly.
Be blessed and have a wonderful week.

Memory Scripture: Genesis 29:18-22
1Then Jacob went on his journey, and came into the land of the people of the east.
2And he looked, and behold a well in the field, and, lo, there were three flocks of sheep lying by it; for out of that well they watered the flocks: and a great stone was upon the well's mouth.
3And thither were all the flocks gathered: and they rolled the stone from the well's mouth, and watered the sheep, and put the stone again upon the well's mouth in his place.
4And Jacob said unto them, "My brethren, whence be ye?" And they said, "Of Haran are we."
5And he said unto them, "Know ye Laban the son of Nahor?" And they said, "We know him."
6And he said unto them, "Is he well?" And they said, "He is well: and, behold, Rachel his daughter cometh with the sheep." 7And he said, "Lo, it is yet high day, neither is it time that the cattle should be gathered together: water ye the sheep, and go and feed them." 8And they said, "We cannot, until all the flocks be gathered together, and till they roll the stone from the well's mouth; then we water the sheep."
9And while he yet spake with them, Rachel came with her father's sheep; for she kept them. 10And it came to pass, when Jacob saw Rachel the daughter of Laban his mother's brother, and the sheep of Laban his mother's brother, that Jacob went near, and rolled the stone from the well's mouth, and watered the flock of Laban his mother's brother.
11And Jacob kissed Rachel, and lifted up his voice, and wept.
12And Jacob told Rachel that he was her father's brother, and that he was Rebekah's son: and she ran and told her father.
13And it came to pass, when Laban heard the tidings of Jacob his sister's son, that he ran to meet him, and embraced him, and kissed him, and brought him to his house. And he told Laban all these things.
14And Laban said to him, "Surely thou art my bone and my flesh." And he abode with him the space of a month. 15And Laban said unto Jacob, "Because thou art my brother, shouldest thou therefore serve me for nought? tell me, what shall thy wages be?"
16And Laban had two daughters: the name of the elder was Leah, and the name of the younger was Rachel.
17Leah was tender eyed; but Rachel was beautiful and well favoured.
18And Jacob loved Rachel; and said, "I will serve thee seven years for Rachel thy younger daughter."
19And Laban said, "It is better that I give her to thee, than that I should give her to another man: abide with me."
20And Jacob served seven years for Rachel; and they seemed unto him but a few days, for the love he had to her.
21And Jacob said unto Laban, "Give me my wife, for my days are fulfilled, that I may go in unto her."
22And Laban gathered together all the men of the place, and made a feast.
23And it came to pass in the evening, that he took Leah his daughter, and brought her to him; and he went in unto her.24And Laban gave unto his daughter Leah Zilpah his maid for an handmaid. 25And it came to pass, that in the morning, behold, it was Leah: and he said to Laban, "What is this thou hast done unto me? did not I serve with thee for Rachel? wherefore then hast thou beguiled me?"26And Laban said, "It must not be so done in our country, to give the younger before the firstborn. 27Fulfil her week, and we will give thee this also for the service which thou shalt serve with me yet seven other years."28And Jacob did so, and fulfilled her week: and he gave him 'Rachel' his daughter to wife also. 29And Laban gave to Rachel his daughter Bilhah his handmaid to be her maid. 30And he went in also unto Rachel, and he loved also Rachel more than Leah, and served with him yet seven other years. ( Genesis 29, King James Version)
32And Leah conceived, and bare a son, and she called his name 'Reuben': for she said, "Surely the LORD hath looked upon my affliction; now therefore my husband will love me."
33And she conceived again, and bare a son; and said, "Because the LORD hath heard I was hated, he hath therefore given me this son also: and she called his name 'Simeon'."
34And she conceived again, and bare a son; and said, "Now this time will my husband be joined unto me, because I have born him three sons: therefore was his name called Levi."
35And she conceived again, and bare a son: and she said, "Now will I praise the LORD: therefore she called his name 'Judah'; and left bearing."

Dear Group, Today's lessons' highlights that when a man looks for a woman he looks for a good thing, that's in Proverbs 31. ~ Thalia

Memory Scripture: Genesis 29:18-221Then Jacob went on his journey, and came into the land of the people of the east.

Guest who came to dinner? God reveals Himself to Abraham
The Eighteenth Chapter of Genesis is known as the Vayeira. The Vayeira Parsha means that he will command his children and his household after him and that they shall keep the way of God.[i] Previously in the other chapters of Genesis we studied a Memorial Portion called Noach Parsha, which means that “he will command his children and his household after him that they should keep the way of God” – that he would ensure that his children’s children would do charity (tzedakah) and justice (Verse 18). With the reassurance from the scriptures, Abraham kept the way of God. In this chapter, LORD and two angelic beings have revealed themselves to Abraham, and have fellowship with Abraham, in the evening at dinner time. Thus, Abraham has a divine appearance from God. God revealed Himself to Abraham by the Oaks of Mamre (Alon Mamre) – as he sat by the door, probably between 12pm to 5pm, and it was the temperature was hot, outside.
Also in the scripture God reveals to Abraham that Sarai is his chosen wife, a wife of the promise. Sarai like Abram undergo a name change and she will be called Sarah from henceforth. Nevertheless, Sarah is the wife of the promise, and there can only be one wife. Then, Abraham is very insistent on his son, Isaac having the same values, as his Father; which meant that he would not take a wife from among the Canaanites, but his half brothers. Abraham also entrusts a divine and godly mission to his loyal and beloved servant Eliezar of Damascus, which is the land of the Canaanites. The divine mission was for Eliezar because Abraham was at least 147 years old, at the time of Rebecca and Isaac holy matrimony. All of our lives ought to be about making someone happy, finding the one true love, our consummate mate, for a man it ought to be a wife, which is a promise from God. Although you may have more than one woman that is totally devoted to you, God only gives you one woman of promise, and you can’t compromise God. The Lord appeared to Abraham by the tree, while he was inside his tent – but at the door, in Alon Mamre (verse 1). The three men suddenly appeared before Abraham’s eyes as he looked up and were inside his tent, adjacent to where he was sitting (verse 2). Then Abraham hurriedly ran from the tent door to meet the three men and bowed himself to the ground, the he said, Verse 3”My LORD, if now I have found favour in thy sight, pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant: Verse 4- Let a little water, I pray you, be fetched, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree: Verse 5- And I will fetch a morsel of bread, and comfort ye your hearts; after that ye shall pass on: for therefore are ye come to your servant.”
Then three men said to Abraham, Verse 5- “So do, as thou hast said.” Next, Abraham hurried into the tent and said to Sarah and asked her to make cakes. Then again Abraham hurried also and ran to the herd and took perfect calf and gave it to a young man; who hastened to prepare the meat; and the butter and also the milk. The young man served the food under the tree, to Abraham and his guest (verses 6-8). The three men said,
Verse 9, “Where is Sarah thy wife? Abraham said, Verse 9, “Behold, in the tent.” One of the three men, Verse 10, ‘And he said, “I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son.” And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him.’
Sarah was listening behind the tent door and she laughed to herself because she and Abraham were old. Most women Sarah’s age are in post-menopausal state. The conservation of age, in one hundred-fold and so on is documented in the Bible, so she did not how or when she would have a child, because she probably did not believe her lords were capable of delivering a divine message to her. Sarah was about to become a mother of a nation, many nations. This is the second time that Sarah’s name has been called in a blessing which consist of a miracle, Genesis 17:16. Sarah laughed within herself, saying, “After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?” (Verse 12)
And the LORD said unto Abraham, “Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, ‘Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old?’” (Verse 13)
Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son. (Verse 14) Then Sarah denied, saying, “I laughed not; for she was afraid.” (Verse 15) One of the three guest, ‘And he said, “Nay; but thou didst laugh.”’ (Verse 15)[ii]
Lastly, the three men rose from Abraham’s tent, and their seats that were near the terebrinth tree in Mamre. The men looked forward to the city of Sodom. So Abraham went with the three guests and sent two on their way (Verse 16). The LORD spoke to Abraham: And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do (Verse 17); Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him (Verse 18)?
For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him (Verse 19).[iii]
Then the two men turned and continued toward Sodom, and Abraham stood still; before the presence of the LORD. Abraham continued to host his guest in righteousness and justice (Verse 20-21). Abraham advocated for the sons of Ham, and thus his name change was fitting from Abram to Abraham (Verse 23-25).
And Abraham drew near, and said, “Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked? (Verse 23).
Peradventure there is fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein? (Verse 24)
That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked that is far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?” (Verse 25)
Today we have our advocate to go before our Father God, and that is His Son, Jesus Christ, a propitiation that died on the cross for all men.
And the LORD said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes. (Verse 26)
And Abraham answered and said, “Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the LORD, which is but dust and ashes (Verse 26):
Peradventure there shall lack five of the fifty righteous: wilt thou destroy the entire city for lack of five? (Verse 28)”
And he said, If I find there forty and five, I will not destroy it. (Verse 28)”
Abraham was speaking to God, and if this is so then God replied to Abraham ‘that if he found forty-five righteous souls then he would not destroy the city of Sodom.’ In this chapter, I hear nothing about God’s intentions to destroy the city of Gomorrah. God did not respect the deeds of the sons of disobedience; therefore he destroyed city of Sodom and the city of Gomorrah, which are desolate to this day.
So the story ends, Abraham continued to advocate the fate of the people in the land of Canaan, and he is therefore living up to his name. Abraham acts compassionately as a concerned citizen and Father to the inhabitants of the city of Sodom; which is North of the City of Tyre (Phoenicia) – present day Lebanon, in the land of Canaan. Canaan is a descendant of Ham, in the tenth chapter of the Book of Genesis.[iv]

Dear Thalia,
For six years the women of Darfur have lived in a state of perpetual insecurity — not knowing if their next trip to collect firewood will end with rape. Yet in these women's stories, and in the stories of all those working to empower and protect the women of Darfur, we have seen tremendous heroism and great hope.
This year, the Save Darfur Coalition is participating in 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence — an international campaign which recognizes the strength of women around the world and challenges the global community to raise its voice to end the violence.
Learn more about the amazing people working for change for the women of Darfur.
Over the next 16 days — from International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women on November 25th to International Human Rights Day on December 10th — the Save Darfur Coalition will recognize leaders in the fight to end violence against women in Sudan.
One such leader, Dr. Halima Bashir, bravely risked her own life to protect and heal victims of sexual violence in Darfur. Then, she told her story — to Congress, to the media, and in her book, Tears of the Desert.
Each day we will highlight the actions of an individual, organization or group of women whose voices, stories and accomplishments have bettered the lives of the women of Sudan — and offer a corresponding action that you can take to help end violence against women in Sudan.
Please, sign up to learn more about these inspirational leaders and learn what you can do to help end sexual violence.
Ending violence against women is critical to bringing peace to Sudan, and your participation will help show the international community that the campaign being waged against women in Darfur has not gone unnoticed.
I hope that you will take a few minutes over the next 16 days to learn about the fight to end violence against women and take action in support of this vital cause.
Thank you for your support and your activism.

(Verse 24) That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked that is far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?” (Verse 25) Today we have our advocate to go before our Father God, and that is His Son, Jesus Christ, a propitiation that died on the cross for all men.
(Verse 28)” And he said, If I find there forty and five, I will not destroy it. (Verse 28)” Abraham was speaking to God, and if this is so then God replied to Abraham ‘that if he found forty-five righteous souls then he would not destroy the city of Sodom.’ In this chapter, I hear nothing about God’s intentions to destroy the city of Gomorrah.

Dear Thalia,
One week from now, the holiday shopping insanity will start in earnest. But do trendy accessories and gift certificates really celebrate the connection we share with our loved ones?
This year, I hope you'll consider sharing something a little more personal and a lot more meaningful: Give someone close to you a gift that will help bring peace to Darfur—a donation in their name.
If you give $25 or more, we'll send a special holiday card (pictured to the right) telling the honoree that you donated to the Save Darfur Coalition in his or her name.
It's not a gift that will simply be opened and then forgotten. The donation you make in your loved one's name will help build the lasting peace needed by millions of Darfuris to heal from years of violence.
Give before December 10th to ensure your card arrives in time for the holidays.
Thalia, I hope you are proud of the part you've played in ensuring that the people of Darfur aren't forgotten. At a critical moment this fall, when new attacks and instability were on the rise in Sudan, people like you pressured the Obama administration to act. And thanks to you, the administration has adopted our fundamental strategy for achieving concrete and lasting peace in Darfur and Sudan.
At this critical moment for Sudan and Darfur, you and your loved ones can keep that momentum for peace moving forward. Send a special Save Darfur Coalition holiday card in honor of someone close to you. Give today >>
Let your loved ones know that when you think of generosity, speaking out against violence, and acting on behalf of those in need—you are thinking of them. I cannot imagine any gift more meaningful.
Thank you for your continued generosity and compassion.
Sincerely,
—Suzie

In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider: God also hath set the one over against the other, to the end that man should find nothing after him. (Ecclesiastes 7:14, King James Version)
1A good name is better than precious ointment; and the day of death than the day of one's birth.
2It is better to go to the house of mourning, than to go to the house of feasting: for that is the end of all men; and the living will lay it to his heart.
3Sorrow is better than laughter: for by the sadness of the countenance the heart is made better.
4The heart of the wise is in the house of mourning; but the heart of fools is in the house of mirth.
5It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools.
6For as the crackling of thorns under a pot, so is the laughter of the fool: this also is vanity.
7Surely oppression maketh a wise man mad; and a gift destroyeth the heart.
8Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.
9Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger resteth in the bosom of fools.
10Say not thou, What is the cause that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not enquire wisely concerning this.
11Wisdom is good with an inheritance: and by it there is profit to them that see the sun.
12For wisdom is a defence, and money is a defence: but the excellency of knowledge is, that wisdom giveth life to them that have it.
13Consider the work of God: for who can make that straight, which he hath made crooked?
14In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider: God also hath set the one over against the other, to the end that man should find nothing after him.
15All things have I seen in the days of my vanity: there is a just man that perisheth in his righteousness, and there is a wicked man that prolongeth his life in his wickedness.
16Be not righteous over much; neither make thyself over wise: why shouldest thou destroy thyself ?
17Be not over much wicked, neither be thou foolish: why shouldest thou die before thy time?
18It is good that thou shouldest take hold of this; yea, also from this withdraw not thine hand: for he that feareth God shall come forth of them all.
19Wisdom strengtheneth the wise more than ten mighty men which are in the city.
20For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.
21Also take no heed unto all words that are spoken; lest thou hear thy servant curse thee:
22For oftentimes also thine own heart knoweth that thou thyself likewise hast cursed others.
23All this have I proved by wisdom: I said, I will be wise; but it was far from me.
24That which is far off, and exceeding deep, who can find it out?
25I applied mine heart to know, and to search, and to seek out wisdom, and the reason of things, and to know the wickedness of folly, even of foolishness and madness:
26And I find more bitter than death the woman, whose heart is snares and nets, and her hands as bands: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be taken by her.
27Behold, this have I found, saith the preacher, counting one by one, to find out the account:
28Which yet my soul seeketh, but I find not: one man among a thousand have I found; but a woman among all those have I not found.
29Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions. (Ecclesiastes 7, King James Version)
The mark of a saint is not perfection, but consecration. A saint is not a man without faults, but a man who has given himself without reserve to God. (W. T. Richardson)
It has been hot for the month of August, 2009. Yes August has been much hotter, humid and muggy and stickier than July and June 2009. Next year, I will not be too proud to wear sun tan lotion. This year my skin is beginning to be more and more sensitive to the sun and the rays from the sun. I thought that wearing make-up that contains mineral water and SPF would help. I find it necessary to wash up when I get home, because I can’t wait for a bath or a shower, in the evening. Yes, I battle with upper respiratory allergies, but a prescription is very strong on the heart. Once you wean yourself away from the medicine then your allergies will become stronger to the air etc. I have learned that with the recent demise of the King of Pop, it is important that you must be accountable for your own medicine management, so us poor people we can’t afford to get to hooked on drugs or any foreign substance http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/michael_jackson/2009/08/25/2009-08-25_michael_jacksons_sister_latoya_believes_king_of_pop_was_murdered_and_justice_wil.html#ixzz0PIcUV3V6. Medicine is a foreign substance and we are not created to live on medicine, and at a certain point and time you have to rid your body of the toxic medicines that will impede your endocrinology system. If you don’t take good care of your body then you will be terminally ill, http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1619396/20090824/jackson_michael.jhtml
The month of August has also been a quiet month for phone calls. Yes there have been days that I did not receive one phone call. Since it was a mobile phone, then I thought maybe the signal was not allowing me to receive calls. I know that my prepaid phone was not able to make many calls because of the signal. An apartment is the first place to drop calls because of the walls that are not your typical state of the art luxury home insulation and fiber. It feels good not to have a care in the world, but it is also strange that no one calls you. Do I want to be bugged heck “no?”
I was walking down the street near my school. A woman stopped me and demanded that I let her read my palm. I told her that I could not do that… because of my heritage. The woman told me she reads plenty of palms of Jewish people. I told her that I was serious about my faith and a great fan of the Jewish Priesthood, and as an example of studying and converting into the essence of Jesus Christ ministry that I would find it appalling to have my palm read. As a matter of fact the phone company admonishes people for calling palm readers. Why anyone would need a fortune teller (Deuteronomy 18:9-13), can they tell you about eternal happiness, righteousness and holiness that prevail in the Kingdom of God? I mean I think that was all I had on me was about $5.00 dollars. I had just read in the memorial portion of Re’eh, that Fortune Teller is expressly prohibited and punishable by death, in the 13th Chapter of Deuteronomy, http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=deuteronomy%2013&version=NIV (Deuteronomy 13:5). Do I feel that she wanted me to worship another God, yes if you look at the fact that I only had $5.00 in my purse and I would have no way home, and it was not like I was planning to see her. Should the entire town of Washington, D.C. be destroyed, I don‘t know there are a lot of pretty important government offices, so maybe I would have modified this paraphrase in the book of Deuteronomy. Washington, D.C. is a very important and powerful city in the whole world. I could see me calling up the common and the authorities and saying the entire city must be destroyed because a descendant of the chief priest encountered a strong fortune teller. “Nevertheless, I have never met anyone who has disrespected me to the point that they said, let us go worship other Gods (Isaiah 19:1-4) http://www.egyptiandreams.co.uk/popup_image.php?pID=66&osCsid=1f82bf7d14fb4b0430c8970e6cd903c4.
There are times that I wonder about the "cross." that is in the predominately urban and metropolitan areas. The crosses’ with the “I. H. S."; which also meant logically Isis, Horus and Seti et al., the dynasty to rule the entire world http://www.egyptiandreams.co.uk/popup_image.php?pID=161&osCsid=1f82bf7d14fb4b0430c8970e6cd903c4.” On the contrast the only way the Gospel can be restored, is if we know that Jesus is the Master of the World, the Son of the Living God – to the dead and very much so to the living. The dynasty of God’s precious spirit (in the presence of God), His Son is very important, and the Father God is always certainly omnipotent; but very important. If I know that I am standing in the presence of God then I will also believe that God is aware of my seeking him, and He that I seek can be found. I understand Jesus Christ, and I am not polytheistic.
Also in the memorial portion we had discussed about not taking and adding to the word of God (Deuteronomy 4:2, http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=deuteronomy%204&version=KJV). Okay, we said that the stones that were placed before the Israelites, before their mass Exodus would complicate the divine commandments of God, while in Egypt. So God saw that you would be a people of His divine delight, a chosen people, a holy nation of Priest. If you hearken unto God’s word then you will not go away from His commandments, statutes’, ordinances’, and the vows that you made your Lord God (Deuteronomy 20:2; Psalm 20:7; Deuteronomy 7:8, Joshua 23:10; Deuteronomy 1:30; Deuteronomy 3:22; and Exodus 14:4, 25).
An example of adding and taking away from the word is for instance in the passage of the governing principles of warfare can be illustrated in the memorial portion of Shotim (Judges). In verse 2 of Chapter 20 of the book of Deuteronomy it is the priest that shall approach and speak to the people, to announce engagement of war, not within the civil strife (civil war) but with another foreign nation. The priest coaches the people not to be fearful of the greater number of horses; chariots; and people. The priest admonishes that “you should not be fearful of them; for the Lord your God, it is He that is with you, He has brought you up form the land of Egypt" (Deuteronomy 20:2).
Note: In 'every generation', says Moses, there will be those entrusted with the task of interpreting and applying the laws of the Torah. "According to the law that they will teach you, and the judgment they will instruct you, you SHALL do; you SHALLl not turn away from the thing that they say to you, to the right nor to the left." (Courtesy of Chabad.org).
Furthermore, Moses said that "If you add or take away the words, then you will not know that it is the Priest who also gets the moral up for the soldiers, which means Israel you are a warrior of God.” Like the prior memorial portion, Shoftim also discusses the prohibited conduct of sorcerers (fortune tellers; Isaiah 49:9-13) http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Isaiah%2047:9-13&version=NIV. If you remember the fortune teller foretold away from the coming of Jesus Christ; therefore he could not have possibly ful-filled the scriptures which is the odds of 1 to 16 billion people. God wants you to be holy and blameless; therefore you shall hearken to his divine commandments. If you hearken to God’s word then you will not yield to soothsayers; dreamers and fortune tellers (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). The officer is never appointed for the position of the High Holy Jewish Priest; see A Kohen (called the mashuach milchamah, "anointed for battle") is appointed to the task of preparing the people for War (Courtesy of Chabad.org). How about first born or the only son, is it fair that they are sent to every war that the U.S. has ever been involved in conflict, on the foreign theatre.
Deuteronomy 20:5-19 Verse 5, The officers SHALL say to the army: "Has anyone built a new house and not dedicated it? Let him go home, or he may die in battle and someone else may dedicate it. Verse 6, Has anyone planted a vineyard and not begun to enjoy it? Let him go home, or he may die in battle and someone else enjoy it. Verse 7, Has anyone become pledged to a woman and not married her? Let him go home, or he may die in battle and someone else marry her." Verse 8, Then the officers SHALL add, "Is any man afraid or fainthearted? Let him go home so that his brothers will not become disheartened too." Verse 9, When the officers have finished speaking to the army, they SHALL appoint commanders over it. Verse 10, When you march up to attack a city, make its people an offer of peace. Verse 11, If they accept and open their gates, all the people in it SHALL be subject to forced labor and SHALL work for you. Verse 12, If they refuse to make peace and they engage you in battle, lay siege to that city. 13 When the LORD your God delivers it into your hand, put to the sword all the men in it. 14 As for the women, the children, the livestock and everything else in the city, you may take these as plunder for yourselves. And you may use the plunder the LORD your God gives you from your enemies. 15 THIS IS HOW YOU ARE TO TREAT ALL THE CITIES THAT ARE AT A DISTANCE FROM YOU AND DO NOT BELONG TO THE NATIONS NEARBY. 16 However, in the cities of the nations the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance, do not leave alive anything that breathes. 17 Completely destroy [a] them—the Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites—as the LORD your God has COMMANDED you. 18 Otherwise, they will teach you to follow all the detestable things they do in worshiping their gods, and you will sin against the LORD your God.
{Note: God forbids the destruction of trees i.e., used in the worship of idols and alters} Verse19, When you lay siege to a city for a long time, fighting against it to capture it, do not destroy its trees by putting an ax to them, because you can eat their fruit. Do not cut them down. Are the trees of the field people, that you should besiege them? [b] 20 However, you may cut down trees that you know are not fruit trees and use them to build siege works until the city at war with you falls.
If you remember the other nations sacrificed all animals mercifulLY, and for what it WAS not accepted by our God, the one True God. The other nations’ did not take the time to build an altar of stone to the Lord God and he did not habitat before the presence of the Gentile nations. In the Memorial Portion of Balak, Balaam is careful to ask that seven alters be prepared, and they were clean alters of stone, not wood. Therefore we should be careful not to cut a tree down for sorcery or idolatry. God recompenses the gentile nations that practice idolatry in the book of Jeremiah and Isaiah, and a peace covenant is established with the Messiah (Ezekiel 30:26) http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=ezekial%2030&version=NIV
The Book of Revelations 23:16-18, http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Revelation%2022&version=NIV 16" I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you[a] this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star." 17 The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life. 18 I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. 19 And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.
“In closing, you can see that the Israelites did not hearken unto God’s word. Many of the tribes did not prevail because they refused to listen to the Priest at the commencement of a battle, and stayed near the seaside. Many of the other tribes broke Jewish law and married, and had bastards with the very people God had commanded that they stay away, and the people became a thorn in their side see memorial portion “Ki Teitzei.” [Note: I have never married because I too feel like a stranger in the Greater Washington Metropolitan area; and so it is true that I have never married.] So many people may say that it is okay to view the law this way or that way, but as long as no one is perfect then not even I can say yes, I am truly ready to hear, hearken, observe and perform the duties of the law. Remember the Church is going to be the last to make up her mind to submit to the Jewish Law - as the law is set aside but can not be done away with. Israel may have been a backslider to God, their husbandmen; but we have a new Kid (the Bridegroom) on the block and he is coming for his wife, and she is the Church. The church has many functions that are necessary to be fulfilled for study and worship that can not be cursed or moved, not even by the son of Perdition.

Michael Jackson's "This Is It," to be Presented In Theaters Around The World
AUGUST 11, 2009 (News release)
MICHAEL JACKSON'S "THIS IS IT" TO BE PRESENTED IN THEATERS AROUND THE WORLD BY SONY PICTURES ENTERTAINMENT AND SONY MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT -Film Drawn From Legendary Entertainer's Last Rehearsals and Behind-The-Scenes Footage Will Be Released October 30th in High Definition with Digital Sound-
CULVER CITY, Calif., August 10, 2009 - Beginning October 30th, the world will have a front-row seat for Michael Jackson's final concert, as Sony Pictures Entertainment and Sony Music Entertainment release Michael Jackson's This Is It.
This Is It is being produced with the full support of The Estate of Michael Jackson and will be drawn from hundreds of hours of rehearsal and behind-the-scenes footage, captured in high definition with state-of-the-art digital sound as the late singer was preparing for his concert series in London. The film, which will also offer select sequences in 3-D, will provide a unique career retrospective and feature interviews with some of Jackson's closest friends and creative collaborators.
The announcement was made by Michael Lynton, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sony Pictures Entertainment, Amy Pascal, Co-Chairman of the studio, Rolf Schmidt-Holtz, Chief Executive Officer of Sony Music Entertainment, and Rob Stringer, Chairman of Columbia/Epic Label Group, a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment. The companies serve as the principal entertainment divisions of Sony Corporation.
Joining Sony in the announcement was The Estate of Michael Jackson, administered by his longtime attorney John Branca and veteran music executive John McClain, a Jackson family friend for more than 40 years. Proceeds the Estate earns from the film's release will benefit the Michael Jackson Family Trust, the entity that Mr. Jackson specified in his will is to receive all of his assets.
The rights to the exclusive footage were acquired from AEG Live and The Estate of Michael Jackson. Sony Pictures and Sony Music will co-produce with AEG Live and the Estate, and Sony Pictures will distribute the film worldwide. Randy Phillips and Paul Gongaware of AEG Live will serve as producers of the film.
The majority of the film's footage was shot in June, 2009 at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, California, and The Forum in Inglewood, California, as Jackson prepared for "This Is It," the series of fifty concerts Jackson planned to present at the O2 Arena in London.
This Is It will offer Jackson fans and music lovers worldwide a rare, behind-the-scenes look at the performer, his career, and the stage spectacular that would have been. The film will provide moviegoers with an unforgettable front row experience compiled from extensive footage that shows Jackson's meticulous preparation for his 2009 London shows.
Said Branca, "Our goal is to work with partners who treat Michael's legacy with dignity and respect, while allowing us to substantially build the value of his estate for the benefit of Mrs. Katherine Jackson, Michael's three children and the charitable causes that meant so much to him during his life. We are confident we found the right partners for this project in Sony Pictures Entertainment and Sony Music Entertainment. Sony and Michael enjoyed a long and mutually beneficial history together, and it's only fitting that the relationship continues."
Said McClain, "This film is not only a tribute to an artist who created excitement every moment he was on stage, but also is a fitting gift to the millions of fans worldwide who loved him and who he devoted his professional life to entertaining. John and I are thrilled to be working with Sony to build on Michael's musical legacy in a way that will generate significant proceeds for his family and for children in need."
"People who have seen this footage are astounded by the amazing quality of Michael Jackson's performance," said Lynton. "This historic recording of the last time he sang and danced on stage shows the legendary artist in an incredibly powerful way, with crystal clear images and sound. We understand the importance of producing a film that pays tribute to Michael as an artist, and are honored to work with the Estate of Michael Jackson to give audiences the gift of his final performances. I know this film will serve as further proof that Michael Jackson is one of the greatest entertainers who ever graced a stage."
"Michael lives on through his songs, his creative genius, his body of work and his passion for his art," said Rob Stringer. "He was a perfectionist on stage and through this unique film, audiences will be able to see, many for the first time, how much Michael poured into making his performances as special as they were perfect."
Said Kenny Ortega, director of and Jackson's creative partner on the This Is It concert, "The world will see what our team was so fortunate to experience, which was the full commitment, passion and creativity that Michael put into this project. He was the architect of This Is It, and we were his builders. The footage that was captured from the early stages of the production to our technical rehearsals at the STAPLES Center in L.A. will show Michael as he truly was, creatively involved with every aspect of the production, from the staging and choreography, to the music, lighting, production design and conception of the original short films and video backdrops. It will also show Michael as one of the greatest entertainers in the world and one of the industry's most creative minds. This Is It was Michael's last theatrical work and although it was still a work in progress, I think the footage will show that the process was something that Michael deeply enjoyed and that it was clear that he was on his way to another theatrical triumph."
In the coming weeks, additional information about the film will be available at www.michaeljackson.com.
Peter Schlessel, President of Worldwide Affairs, negotiated for the footage on behalf of Sony Pictures. Branca represented The Estate of Michael Jackson.
Michael Jackson, one of the most widely beloved entertainers and profoundly influential artists of all-time, leaves an indelible imprint on popular music and culture.

Jermaine Jackson announced in CNN's Larry King talk show last week that the concert will take place in Vienna, not in London as has been expected. He will also present the show, provisionally scheduled to take place between September 22 and 27.
"I have invited many of the most acclaimed talents of our time," Jermaine Jackson said on the website promoting the concert, "and many have already confirmed to perform in honor of my beloved brother."
Jermaine Jackson added that he expected the tribute to be the first of an annual series of charity concerts that keep his brother's "humanitarian legacy" alive.
"I want to make people aware of the humanitarian side of Michael," Jermaine Jackson said.
"I want to show them how his true emphasis wasn't music, or performing; it was improving the world. Understand this, and you begin to understand the essence of who my brother was."
World Awards Media said that "a substantial portion of the proceeds" will be donated to three charities. Both the date and the artist line-up will be announced shortly, after finishing talks with the city of Vienna about the concert's settings.
Tickets go on sale August 20.

There will be a time that WE will neither be given in marriage or to a family. Love is and always be amazing, as it relates to sacrifice. 'And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God." See first of all, I know these so called players wouldn't tell you this But, Imma be real and say what's on my heart Lets take this chance to make this love feel relevant Didn't you know I loved you from the start yeah
Then I think about, all the years we put in this relationship Who knew we'd make it this far Then I think about, where would I be if we were to just fall apart And I can't stand the thought of losing you
Chorus: Meet me at the altar in your white dress We ain't gettin no younger we might as well do it Been feelin' you all the while girl I must confess Girl let's just get married I just want to get married
Meet me at the alter in your white dress We ain't gettin no younger we might as well do it Been feelin' you all the while girl and I must confess Lets get married
Said I done it all, but frankly girl I'm tired of this emptiness I wanna come home to you and only you Cause making love to just anyone ain't happenin' I just gotta be with you Did you think about, us finishing something we started so long ago I wanna give you my all And did you think about, maybe us having some babies come on wont you be my lady forever girl
